    Equipment Installation and Debugging

    After signing the contract, our company will do the design on equipment foundation drawing according to the actual construction situation in workshops and the demand side should be responsible for the workshop foundation construction. Before the installation of equipment, our company will provide users with relevant technical materials such as equipment foundation drawing and strong & weak electricity power trend curve

    Operator Training

    The training will take place at the site where the demand side is located. The commissioning staffs from the supplier and operators from the demand side should fully cooperate with each other on the training in order to make sure that each operator has the ability to use this equipment and to get the anticipated effect. Our company will use the method in the form of combining lectures and site operation to do training on operators

    After-sale Services

    Since the commissioning of the equipment since the date of my company on the machine warranty period of one year, the electric heat pipe warranty reference year, the warranty period outside the maintenance only charge material cost; irregular visits to the user's work, product quality tracking, to ensure the safe operation of the equipment; when the equipment fails to receive a maintenance call to confirm the site maintenance, maintenance personnel to arrive at the demand side within 72 hours of the premises.
